Privacy notice

Who this notice covers
This notice describes the DREXTV Saudi website at drextvsaudi.com. It is a practical explanation of how this site is built to handle enquiries. It is not a claim that the business has completed a Saudi Personal Data Protection Law filing, and it should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.
A registered company name, commercial registration number, and postal address have not been supplied for publication. They are omitted on purpose rather than replaced with placeholders.
What the site collects
If a contact form is switched on, it asks for your name, a way to reach you, the topic of the enquiry, and an optional note about your device. That information is sent only to a webhook the owner configures. The website does not store enquiries in its own database.
If the form is not switched on, the site does not collect those details. WhatsApp and email links, when published, leave this website and are handled by those services under their own terms.
Analytics loads only after you accept it, and only when a measurement ID has been configured. Until then, no analytics tag is included. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers through any form on this site.
Why it is used
Enquiry details are used to respond to a trial request, a subscription question, or a support question. They are not sold as a marketing list from this website. The owner is responsible for how long messages are kept once they reach the sales channel.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form and not to accept analytics. You may ask the business to correct or delete a message you sent, using the same contact path you used to send it. If no contact path is published yet, the business cannot receive that request through the site.
What this notice does not decide
It does not name a retention period inside WhatsApp, email, or the owner’s inbox, because those tools are outside this website once a message arrives. It does not describe a cookie banner beyond the analytics choice, and no analytics tag is present until a measurement ID is configured and you accept it. It does not publish a data-protection officer, a commercial registration number, or a postal address.
Payment card numbers do not belong in any field on this site. Subscription payment, if you later agree to SAR 260 or SAR 460, happens only through a channel the business has verified. That payment step is not described here because the method itself has not been confirmed for publication.
