A free 24-hour trial is available to request. Activation timing, eligibility, and the exact setup steps are confirmed by the business when the request is handled. Instant activation is not promised. Use it to answer a specific question about Pakistani categories, Indian languages, or the television in your flat. It is not a tour of the entire owner-reported library, and it is not an automatic start of a paid term.
Who can request it
The trial is aimed at people in Saudi Arabia who are deciding whether to subscribe, including Pakistani and Indian residents. A request can still be declined or delayed if the business cannot support the device or cannot issue access that day. This page does not list extra eligibility hurdles because none have been confirmed, and it does not promise that every request is accepted.
What you should receive, and what you should not assume
You should receive a clear yes or no, the moment the 24 hours begin, and the application name for your model. You should not assume instant activation, a particular picture quality, or a named channel that was never confirmed. When the hours end, trial access should stop. Continuing means choosing SAR 260 for six months or SAR 460 for twelve months on the pricing page. Nothing here describes a card being charged because a trial finished.
A simple schedule for the 24 hours
Hour one: confirm the application they named is the one you installed, and that the clock start time is written down. Hour two: open only the category you wrote in the request. Leave a programme running long enough to see a freeze, not just a menu. Later in the evening, repeat the same programme from the seat you actually use, on the connection you actually use. If you have a second language or a second person, test that only after the first question has a clear yes or no. The last hour is for notes, not for exploring random rows. When the access stops, you should already know whether you want six months or no subscription at all.
If activation arrives late, do not judge picture quality on the leftover fragment of the day. Ask when the 24 hours are measured from. A trial that begins while you are asleep is a poor test. A trial that begins while you are at work, if you only watch at night, is the same problem. Say the hours you can watch before they switch it on.
How to spend the day
Name the device and the categories first. Pakistani viewers can start from the Pakistani page. Indian viewers should test Hindi and one regional language from the Indian page. Read what to prepare so the clock is not wasted on a laptop you will never keep. Device limits are explained on supported devices. The sequence around the trial is on how it works.
Send the request only through a channel published on the contact page. If that page shows no phone, WhatsApp, or email, the business has not connected one yet. The form below appears only when a private webhook is configured. Until then, there is nothing to submit, and that is intentional.
If the reply is vague, do not start the clock
A useful reply names three things: whether you are accepted, the clock time the 24 hours begin, and the application for the model you sent. If any of the three is missing, ask again before you treat the trial as underway. “It is on” without a start time makes a later freeze impossible to judge. An application name that does not match what you were told to install is a reason to stop, not a reason to try a random player from a search result.
Decide the pass rule before you watch. For example: the Pakistani drama row plays for half an hour on the living-room set, or Hindi and one named regional language each open as their own group. Write the fail rule too. A missing row is a fail even if other international channels look busy. When the hours end, match what you saw to that rule, then either enquire about SAR 260 or SAR 460, or stop. The trial does not roll forward into a paid term by silence. Preparation that belongs before this page’s schedule is in what to know before you request a trial.
Keep the pass rule next to the reply. When the 24 hours end, the rule decides. Silence does not buy six months, and a busy menu does not count as a yes. Write the result in one sentence before you enquire about a paid term.
